Monthly Advisory Subscription

The audit told you where you stand. The subscription keeps you there.

The 30-Day Audit delivers a snapshot. But the federal resource cycle does not stand still. POMs get built, marks come down, Continuing Resolutions land, and the exposure profile you had in March is not the one you have in September. The Monthly Advisory Subscription is the ongoing partnership designed to keep your program aligned as the cycle moves.

Why an ongoing partnership

The audit is a diagnosis. The cycle keeps moving.

A one-time review answers where your program stands today. It cannot tell you what to do when the March markup lands, when the Combatant Command reshuffles its Program Element priorities, or when a Continuing Resolution changes the math on your next option-year.

  • 01

The POM builds in real time

Every month, decisions get made inside the resource cycle that affect your position. A quarterly consultant cannot catch a monthly signal.

  • 02

    Congressional cycles do not wait

Marks, reports, and hearing calendars move on their own schedule. The subscription puts a PPBE-fluent read on your calendar before those signals become surprises.

  • 03

Your leadership needs a signal, not noise

Program leadership does not have time to read every mark and every hearing transcript. The subscription filters the resource cycle into a monthly executive read.

What you receive each month

Three deliverables. Every month. Principal-led.

Every subscription is delivered directly by the founder. No handoff, no rotating account team. 6–8 hours of principal time per month.

Ongoing POM Signal Monitoring

A running read on the specific Program Elements, MDEPs, and portfolios that affect your contract. Delivered in writing between calls whenever a signal is worth acting on.

  • Program Element and portfolio watch
  • Written flags on markup and Congressional signals
  • Continuing Resolution exposure updates

Follow-Up Analysis

Every strategy call closes with two or three questions that need deeper work. Those questions get worked between calls and returned in writing before the next session.

  • Written follow-up on prior-call questions
  • Portfolio and comparable-program reads
  • Recommended next moves, sequenced

How it runs

A predictable monthly cadence.

Fixed monthly fee. 90-day initial term. Month-to-month after. Requires the 30-Day Audit as a prerequisite so the ongoing read has a shared baseline.

  1. 1

    Prerequisite: Audit

The subscription requires a completed 30-Day POM Alignment Audit so we start from a shared understanding of your position.

  2. 2

    Month 1: Kickoff

First strategy call, ongoing POM watch established, follow-up questions defined.

  3. 3

    Months 2–3: Cadence

Monthly call, written follow-up, and running POM signal monitoring. The rhythm the engagement runs on.

  4. 4

    Month 4+: Continue or close

After the 90-day initial term, the subscription is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Who this is for

The subscription is a fit if:

  • 01

You have completed the 30-Day Audit

The subscription is the follow-on, not the entry point. The audit provides the shared baseline the ongoing partnership works from.

  • 02

You are operating inside an active resource cycle

Companies with programs in the FYDP that are actively being defended, marked, and re-scoped. Not one-time transactional needs.

  • 03

You want principal time, not a service tier

The engagement is delivered by the founder. If you want a large team, this is not it. If you want the person who worked inside USSOCOM to be the one reading your position, this is it.

  • 04

    You can make monthly decisions

The subscription only pays for itself when the monthly read is turning into decisions. If you cannot act on it monthly, a quarterly touchpoint may fit better.
